What reaches the door

Six operating lanes / one local desk

01 / lane

Proof of delivery

Time stamp, geolocation, signature and condition photos close the loop piece by piece.

02 / lane

Scheduled delivery

Appointment-led truckload with live window updates from the TOWNSHIP yard to the receiver's door.

03 / lane

Hard-access addresses

Narrow streets, shared lots and receivers without a dock are routed off access notes before the day is planned.

04 / lane

Retail replenishment

Store and showroom freight arrives sorted, counted and ready for whoever has to sign for it.

05 / lane

Reverse pickup

Returns are photographed, labeled and reconciled at the door before they go back on the trailer.

06 / lane

Called-ahead stops

Every consignee hears from the driver before the trailer turns onto their street, not after it is sitting outside.

A cleaner handoff, four times.

The promise survives because the same stop record gets sharper at every touch.

01

Stage by promise

Freight is scanned into the run by appointment window, pallet count and handling note.

02

Confirm the door

The receiver gets a narrowed arrival window, and the access notes are read before the trucks leaves.

03

Deliver with care

The approach is planned, the pieces are verified, and the freight is set where the receiver can take it.

04

Close the record

Photos, signature, condition notes and any exception sync before the address is cleared.

The shipment is not finished at the curb. It is finished when the receiver has it in hand.

Returns travel under the same custody as outbound freight. Packaging condition, pickup notes and piece counts are attached at the door, before anything goes back on the trailer.

At the delivery end the work turns personal. Terrence calls ahead, reads the access notes, sets the freight where the receiver can genuinely take it, and closes the stop with a scan, a photo and a confirmation.

A missed connection does not disappear into a call queue. One number reaches the trucks, the consignee and the shipping partner while there is still time to save the stop.

Operating convictions
01

Photos, signatures and piece-level notes leave with the stop record.

02

The same person owns every exception until it is closed.

03

Narrow streets, shared lots and gates that barely open, learned slowly.

04

Delivery windows shaped around the receiver, not around a dispatch board.
